DatologyAI and Deepgram Partner on Data Curation to Advance Enterprise Voice AI

DatologyAI

DatologyAI today announced a partnership with Deepgram, the leading voice AI platform for the enterprise, to help Deepgram further improve the training data behind its models through advanced data curation.

As enterprise Voice AI accelerates, the challenge is no longer simply building models that perform well in controlled settings. Production systems must work across noisy environments, accents, specialized terminology, and millions of real-world interactions without sacrificing speed or reliability.

“Our customers count on Deepgram to power accurate, low latency, and reliable voice experiences at real enterprise scale," said Andrew Seagraves, VP of Research at Deepgram. "High-quality training data is an important part of continuing to improve that performance, and we’re pleased to work with Datology as we strengthen our data-curation process.”

Deepgram has spent the past decade building its voice AI platform from voice-first principles, and today powers real-time speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and voice agent experiences for more than 200,000 developers and 1,400 global organizations.

“We are excited to partner with Deepgram and support their work in pioneering the capabilities of voice AI," said Ari Morcos, CEO of DatologyAI. "Deepgram is the kind of technically ambitious team we started Datology to work with, and we’re looking forward to helping strengthen an important part of its model development process.”

The partnership underscores a broader shift among AI teams building at enterprise scale: general-purpose models can only go so far in specialized domains. When curated for quality and relevance, proprietary data can help companies train more accurate and efficient models for specific tasks, creating significant value for the businesses and their customers. DatologyAI supports Deepgram’s broader data-curation process as Deepgram continues advancing its enterprise voice AI platform.
