Documents split into chunks, first-fit packed into bins, emitted as outputs
Four documents become seven chunks. A is 19 tokens and leaves the splitter as three chunks, landing in output IDs O1, O2 and O4. C arrives after B but closes a bin first, so C reaches O3 while B is still buffered. When the input runs out, two bins still hold tokens. Colours track source documents within one lane.
