Inside Operator 0 of a Zephon stage
A feeder fills a bounded in-queue with pointers into a shard. The accumulator takes them in order, cuts them into numbered micro-batches and hands them across a process boundary through a task queue. Three worker processes fetch in parallel and finish out of order, so the results arrive as 1, 2, 0; the reorder buffer restores 0, 1, 2 before the stage emits.
